Wendy Gonzalez

I joined the Human Resources (HR) team at Wessex Archaeology in 2017, as a Senior Human Resources Officer my role involves providing HR support to colleagues and managers across all of the Company’s offices in the UK.

I qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2006 and as such keep up to date with Employment Law and HR best practice and always strive to put my knowledge and skills to good use for the benefit of the Company.  Although I don’t have an archaeology background, I’ve always found it fascinating and feel privileged to be part of such a amazing organisation.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my little dog, who gets me out walking even when it’s raining!
