Paul Baggaley

I joined the team at Wessex Archaeology in 2003 as a geophysicist in the Coastal & Marine team having previously worked in a similar role on offshore engineering projects. Over the next few years I expanded the geophysics team to encompass terrestrial geophysics before creating the Geoservices team in 2012. My current role as Chief Technical Officer I am responsible for the technical and service teams within the company, providing leadership for the Geoservices, IT, Quality and Compliance teams. The Geoservices team are now the market leaders in the sector, winning work across the UK and internationally.

I am a visiting lecturer for MSc in Marine Archaeology at both the University of Southern Denmark in Esbjerg, and Flinders University in Adelaide.
