Joanna Debska

I am the newest member of the Graphics team, based in our Sheffield office.

My role requires the preparation of a wide range of illustration for client reports, including those for archaeological sites and historical buildings. I am an experienced AutoCAD user and eager to learn new software.

Before joining Wessex Archaeology I worked on archaeological projects both in Poland, where I’m originally from, and in the UK. I develop my experience first as a member of field staff and later as archaeological illustrator. 

In 2016 I joined Wessex Archaeology as a Geomatics Technician, and was responsible for manipulating a variety of raw survey data created during fieldwork, tidying and preparing it ready for the Graphics team.

I am motivated by finding the clearest way to present information. Turning digital data gather on site into final report illustrations and innovative products for our clients.

Outside of work I like to read and enjoy the outdoors, but most of all I love exploring European urban architecture.
