Trow Rd, Rumney, Cardiff

In December 2014 in association with works undertaken to the railway bridge at Trow Road, Rumney in Cardiff Wessex Archaeology monitored the construction of a works compound and access road. This encountered a dump of household and industrial waste dating to the later part of the 20th century in which a number of everyday and more unusual objects were found, including a door knocker, paste jars and false teeth!
