The weather was on our side last week for the Volunteers’ Summer Picnic!
The picnic gave us a chance to say a huge ‘thank you’ to our wonderful team of volunteers, who meet regularly to process artefacts that have been excavated from Operation Nightingale sites. The picnic buffet was devoured in no time as volunteers and staff members chatted in the sunshine at Wessex Archaeology’s Salisbury office.
