Still only slightly different in appearance from the beach behind, you can see where the raw materials might have come from plus where the site has gone!. With a day of hard troweling and judicious removal of stone, the various stages of building are beginning to appear. We can now see about 4 structures at this level, with a certain amount of reuse and robbing Peter to pay Paul (with stone) ... nothing new about extensions & a bit of alteration, just with less wallpaper.
