Wessex Archaeology is delighted to announce that our exciting excavation at Longforth Farm, Wellington has been nominated for a Current Archaeology Award 2014.
The Longforth Farm investigation, which uncovered a series of previously unknown medieval buildings, has been nominated in the category of Rescue Dig of the Year. This excavation and the associated community outreach events were commissioned and supported by Bloor Homes.
