Wessex have just returned from CAA2014, ‘Computer Applications in Archaeology’ conference which was held over three days last week in the Sorbonne in Paris and which attracted hundreds of delegates from all over the world.

This year’s event was in a spectacular location and had a correspondingly high standard of exciting new technologies and new applications of some older ones.

As well as attending, Wessex also presented some of the exciting work we have been involved with on the development and application of photogrammetric survey methods to underwater cultural heritage, which was received with great interest.
